Shleep fosters good sleeping habits by providing a 12-step program. Over the course of 4 weeks, participants are encouraged to form small habits which, by the end of the program, create an established sleep routine. By taking a tongue-in-cheek approach, Shleep allows participants to enjoy the lighter side of forming habits. The meaning of Shleep is able to be conveyed clearly and concisely by taking a minimalist design approach. The sheep motif alludes to a way of falling asleep: counting sheep.
